THERAPY
Rachael Gilbert, LMSW
Rachael graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2017 with a Master’s in Social Work. She has worked extensively with families in foster care, overseeing program development and providing therapy in community mental health and healthcare settings. Rachael specializes in adolescents and young adults, addressing issues like depression, anxiety, self-esteem, substance use, trauma, and suicidal ideation. She uses various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR. Additionally, she holds a NASW supervision certificate for limited-licensed social workers. In her free time, Rachael enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and exercising.

Sarah Bowlby, LLMSW
Sarah believes in the healing power of therapy. She graduated with her Master’s in social work from Western Michigan University in 2020 and specializes in helping individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring issues. Using a harm reduction perspective, she respects each person’s recovery choices. With extensive experience in crisis intervention, she aims to create a safe space where individuals can explore their challenges and make progress toward a healthier life, utilizing various techniques tailored to their specific needs.

Sarah Takacs, LMSW
Sarah is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who values the dignity and worth of every individual and recognizes their innate resilience. She believes each person has a unique story and understands themselves best. With experience working with children, adolescents, and adults facing trauma, anxiety, and depression, Sarah knows that the path to healing is different for everyone. She takes a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, aiming to create a safe and judgment-free environment in which clients can share their experiences. Sarah is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Brainspotting, and she also uses Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness techniques, focusing on emotional regulation and coping skills.

Antwain Allen, BS, BSN, MSN, FNP-C
Antwain Allen is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. He specializes in both Family and Emergency Medicine. Creating joy and producing growth in others led him to a career in healthcare. Antwain has provided medical care to clients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Throughout his career, he has noticed the gaps in healthcare as it relates to clients receiving quality care for behavior health medication management. For this reason, he has chosen to lead Purposeful Consultants LLC as an organization that provides quality / compassionate medication management.
We provide telehealth services to clients of all ages that are seeking medication management for behavior health medical conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, sleep disorders, PTSD, etc.
